We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Cardio Metabolic Division in the Philippines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the availability of our pharmaceutical portfolio across major retail chains.
This role requires a strategic leader with strong industry relationships, particularly with Mercury Drug, Watsons, Southstar Drug, and other leading pharmacy chains .
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cardio-metabolic segment.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Mercury Drug, Watsons, Southstar, and other major pharmacy chains to ensure product availability and increased market penetration.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for business growth, including expansion into new territories and strengthening market presence.
Pricing & Negotiations: Work closely with distributors and retail chains to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities align with local pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements: 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the Philippines, with a strong focus on cardio-metabolic products.
2+ years in a similar role of sales leader in Philippines.
Proven track record of managing sales and relationships with major pharmacy chains like Mercury Drug, Watsons, and Southstar Drug.
Deep understanding of supply chain, procurement, and distribution processes within the pharmaceutical retail sector.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
