Currently we are looking for a Head of
Global Production Planning
who will manage a team of production and supply chain planning managers within our Semiconductor Business Unit. You propose ways to improve the manufacturing of goods, recommend production changes, manages work activities, monitor status of projects, and serve as an escalation point for questions. In this position you will report to the Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning.
About job:
Oversee worldwide semiconductor production planning departments
Understand current, mid, and long-term customer forecast, demand analysis, and report change points and ensure a timely published forecast
Provide global alignments of production schedules that maximizes efficiency, resources, and capacity while ensuring on time delivery
Setup, monitor and drive key performance indicators like on time delivery, day of inventory, etc
Handle allocation management with PM, KAM & Sales
Leading and development of production planning teams
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree required
8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, scheduling, international business, or related field
2-4 years of middle management supervisory experience
Very good English skills – business level in reading, speaking, and typing
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Strong mathematical and multi-tasking skills
Experience with demand analysis, inventory control management, and/or supply chain management required
Ability to travel up to 25% of all working time
