R?sum? du poste As Head of Product Management you will be tasked with leading the division operations in various aspects of 4Ps, including Product, Pricing, Promotion, Trade Marketing and Supply chain operations
Reporting directly to the Director your role will form an integral part of the business and you will work to develop, monitor and expand in order to strengthen our product capability in the market R?le et Responsabilit?s Product Strategy & Pricing Management
- Product positioning and target market pricing strategy
- Monitoring price roadmap of the products
- Manages product mix, SKU line up, product fact sheet
- Provides information for website posting Marketing Campaign Management (incl. Product launches)
- Develops local launching plan (LLP), sets target launch date and performs sample management
- Drives key campaigns across regions supporting trade/retail promotion calendars
- Setting up of a full product training program for partners' staff, brand field force and dealers
- Adheres to RHQ and HQ guidelines and acts as brand custodian
Operations, forecasting & reporting management
- Responsible for P&L management, including managing SD, Marketing expenses and profitability
- Accountable for SC operations and forecasting product demand
- Oversees the trend analysis, Market assessment and competitive landscape
General
- To provide overall support to the HOD in managing P&L, including Sales Deduction, Marketing Expense and to guard bottom line profitability
- Setup product line-up strategy and winning model selection for TV / AV business in entire SGE territory
- Drive VD Sales Group to achieve targets with clear quarterly promo calendar planning
Comp?tences et Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of related experience
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing
- Budget Management 10M+US$ Marketing budget
- Experience in Product Management, preferably in Consumer Electronics products and/or related industry
