Job Description:
SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region. We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.


We are looking for a Head of Operation. The responsibilities include:


Leading a team to develop and execute Operational strategy to meet customer driven business objectives and KPIs (cost, quality and human aspects). Design and innovate new operational flows to set an industry standard for speed, cost, reliability and employee satisfaction. Agile , disciplined, hands-on and obsessed with executing & continuously improving processes to meet KPIs. Proactive to identify & monitor key detailed metrics across the whole Operational flow. Proven servant leader; developing teams, building strong united culture, able to manage complexity and prioritize accordingly. Understands the overall big picture and dependencies to other teams. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of working experience in the operation, logistic and supply chain area. Master degree, or MBA from a top tier university is a plus, but Bachelor's is a must. International exposure (education or working) is a plus and would be highly preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and ability to make decisions. Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills. Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment. High commitment, motivation and flexibility. Maturity to communicate with senior leadership team internally and externally.
