Job Description:
Lead the strategy, plan and execute marketing team to grow the business Optimize products' branding and ensure proper process for brand activation Come up with creative solutions, special projects, hacks for the purpose of increasing operational efficiencies and driving incremental growth Improve marketing process to reach maximum effectiveness and efficiency Evaluate and possess knowledge of competitive trends, market dynamics, forecasting for each market to gather insights in order to formulate and improve marketing strategy and plans. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from reputable university At least 10 years of working experience in marketing from brand, or ad food and beverage company Solid experience in handling ATL and BTL marketing Experience in managing large teams and navigating through complex organizations Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills
