Job Description:
Be comfortable with data and be able to document business processes for the shipper and transporter. Prioritizing, pricing and marketing shipments on a tight schedule Working directly with carriers in real time to match shipments at the best rate to the market Sourcing, developing and managing expectations for Carriers Problem solving on the front lines of your marketplace for real-time shipments Coordinating customer shipment needs between external and internal teams Troubleshooting logistical issues, and execute on contingencies based on circumstances Review shipping customer contracts, validate the accuracy of customer invoices. Super attention to details Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of transportation or Logistics & Supply Chain experience Technology industry and start­up experience is a strong plus A passion for innovation, problem solving, and constant change. An entrepenuer at heart. Strong verbal and written communications, customer service, and social skills Implement all processes and controls for: shipper billing & invoicing, credit & collections, and carrier payment Act as an ambassador of Kargo’s mission, brand, and product
