Qualifications: A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young Financial Services organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required.
Proven extensive experience in a financial services role, preferably in a multinational company (Payroll, Record to Report, etc.)

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and systems (SAP, Excel).
Business English, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.
