Job Description:
We are looking for a Head of Data in our CEO Office Jakarta. This role is responsible to develop and manage data infrastructure and data processing system in order to provide data driven insights for strategical initiatives for the whole company.


What will you do:


Developing and maintaining data warehouse architecture in order to support data processing, data quality, and protection of data Developing and monitoring the implementation of data procedures, data security, and policies Proposing strategic initiatives in order to improve business outcomes based on insights derived from data Validating, organizing, and protecting data assets to improve and streamline data systems within the company Minimum Qualifications:
What will you need:


Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience in data related field Demonstrated (at least basic) knowledge of Financial Services business processes and resultant information needs: client, risk / regulatory / finance, etc Highly analytical decision-maker with extensive experience in building, turning around, and operating companies, along with proven history of turning around difficult situations Seasoned executive with in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications (international business expertise is good to have) Demonstrated knowledge of data structure, data systems/tools and related software and data management policies and practices in a complex organizational environment Proven record of effective project execution, getting things done through others not directly under his/her supervision; and working ethically Project Management skills (project planning and tracking; Issue identification and management; project status reporting) Business process analysis skills – ability to analyze and document the current processes and organizations that create and manage the client data Data analysis skills – ability to analyze the different client identifiers and client hierarchies and understand the relationship between them and any controls currently in place (or if controls should be in place). Data science related stuff is good to have Data engineering skills – ability to craft ideal data architecture and pipeline and guide the team to work on corresponding relevant modules
