Go-Fresh is now building up its leadership team with an aim to grow the business nationwide.
Job Description The Head of Business Development drives end to end business development for Go-Fresh. You will manage Go-Fresh’s sales team (key account managers, telesales, and canvassers) and sales operation functions. Your primary KPI will be to scale our merchant base and drive long-lasting merchant engagement. You will be taking an initial pilot BD team and scaling it up to achieve our business goals. You will be joining a fun, fast-paced, high-growth company and will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems.
Key Responsibilities Building out the sales org, in particular, rapidly recruiting key second-line leaders, and a sales execution team. Establishing sales operations and management functions (audit, L&D, sales planning, KPI, incentives). Define strategic goals and targets for the sales team along with the business leader. Day to day management of the team to achieve targets. Coaching and mentoring second-line leaders, and the team. On-going sales motion and sales process improvement including refining of sales processes. Including understanding the key issues impacting the sales team and developing solutions to help drive improved productivity. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 12 years of sales leadership experience at one or more established FMCG companies Managed a sales canvassing team of at least 200 people nationwide Managed sales operations, sales management, and trade marketing functions Demonstrated ability to lead the team in achieving sales targets Ground up experience building up a sales organization from inception Execution focused, fast learner and strong team player
