Manage and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Handle guests who visit without prior appointment. Handling the needs of incoming and outgoing members. Ensuring event needs are met, including disseminating event information to each member. Ensure that there are no errors in administrative tasks such as schedule input, invoicing, etc. Deal with customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction remains high Monitor and evaluate the follow-up inquiries conducted by the admin. Coordinate with finance and GA teams to meet customer needs such as tissue, coffee, sugar, etc. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably from tourism or administrative graduates. Preferably have at least 1-2 years experience. Understand using Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point). Fluent in English. Having good communication and organizing skills.
