Job Description:
To undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises and branches. To keep facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job Minimum Qualifications:
Performing maintenance and light repairs. Knowledgeable in minor carpentry works and painting. Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) Good knowledge in electrical works. Performs minor plumbing works. Applicants must be willing to work in Malate, Manila and willing to travel in the branches (NCR and Provinces). Applicants must be willing to work during weekends, holidays and on shifting schedule as needed. Skilled electrician is highly preferred.
