At least vocational technical course graduate
- Knowledgeable on facilities management (electrical & telecommunication; air-condition, mechanical, masonry, carpentry, plumbing)
- Has an idea on building code and safety requirements
- Can work with all level of people within the organization.
- Advantage if with driving skills (4-wheel vehicle)
- May be assigned as delivery helper on idle time
- Salary is negotiable depending on years of experience
