Guidance Counselor

Job Description:
Listen to students’ concerns about academic, emotional or social problems Mediate conflict between students and teacher Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs Communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioral and academic problems Develop and implement an educational and counseling plan Complete assessments and tests, analyse results and provide feedback Assess students’ attributes (KSAOs) and help them realize their strengths Supervises daily guidance programs and/or procedures. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) With 5+ years experience in Guidance Counseling Excellent oral and written communication skills Amenable to work in Cainta, Rizal
