Responsibilities:

- Designing analysis needed to answer business questions and evaluate the performance using company metrics.
- Designing KPI reports and metrics dashboard.
- Managing a team of analysts.
- Analysis and reconciliation of various data sources to ensure data integrity.
- Analyzing and manipulation of large datasets.
- Documenting key steps in analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics methodology alignment.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics and equivalent

- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 2 years of working experience managing a team.

- Experience in analyzing large datasets.
- Highly analytical, detail- oriented, dynamic, and must have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in using Excel and SQL to manipulate large datasets.
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast-paced working environment.
