Graphic Designer For A Longterm Relationship With Daily Workload

Job Overview
I'm currently looking for a Ilustrator/Designer for my e-commerce business.
The main priority will be to creat t-shirt designs.
I'm very interested in a long term collaboration with you.
How we'll work:
We will work on a freelance base, so I'll pay for your service.
That means that we'll start with ~250 designs per month.
I'll start with a payment of 1-2 US$ per design, with the option of increasing the salary.
We will have a regularly communication.
That means that you will receive design details with concept ideas and necessary references.
But we also will do brainstormings on themes and designs.
You will then be responsible in taking those ideas and creating amazing designs.
That also means that you'll be working mostly independently without guidance.
Therefore, I need you to be a creative mind.
Necessary Skills:
- Illustrator and Photoshop - Excellent Design Skills
- examples of your work - if possible a full portfolio of designs you have already created
- Good English, both written and spoken
- Motivated to learn & grow
