Graphic Designer

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing visual content including website, social, email and print collateral. Assist in delivering concepts that are not only visually appealing but meet strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Design and edit social media graphics, email newsletters, website banners, special packaging and other collaterals as needed -Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team. Maintain style guide for consistency in branding across all marketing channels (online and offline).
Edit photos according to defined standards of alignment, cropping, color correction and retouching- Ensure compliance of on-brand styling and crop guidelines, consistency across all delivered assets.
Design email newsletters in order to drive purchase conversion
Develop fresh and effective visual designs for use across multiple communication platforms- Ensure that designs are aligned with each brand’s core message and target audience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in MMA or other related fields
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
A good eye for color theory, typography and layout design

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
A good eye for color theory, typography and layout design.
Confidence in using Photoshop’s pen tool with speed and accuracy.
Team player with a drive for success.
