Details of the offer

Receive design briefs and translate them into great graphic design, on tight timelines
Schedule projects
Conceptualize design based on requirements
Prepare drafts
Receive feedback and/or criticism, and implement those changes
Ensure graphics are brand-consistent for our clients
Work with your team leader to stay on top of design requests
Has proven graphic design and layout skills and experience
Has a strong portfolio
Is well-versed in common design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
Is a person who thinks on their feet
Is a quick learner
Is flexible
Has fantastic attention to detail
Has good time-management skills, and understands the importance of deadlines
Has excellent communication and comprehension skills
Is able to understand what’s needed and see a clear path to getting it done
Can handle rejection and work with it as feedback
Is happy to support their teammates with overflow work when needed
Works as a team
Wants to grow with us!
To be available for the entire duration of the work day (approximately 8 hours per day, or 40 hours/week)
Your own computer with the design software needed
A fast internet connection
The ability to have Slack and other team software as required
