Review, update and maintain the company's visual representations in all aspects of design, including those that are to be used in the company's website, social media and other creative areas required.
The creative talent of the individual will be applied to digital advertisements, marketing materials, sales documents, brochures or trade show materials and web graphics.
Support the work of the Marketing Department and the Executive Committee on projects directed to maximizing company profits and developing both graphics and marketing campaigns.
Develop company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great attention to details.
Create graphics in a very technical environment
Maintain brand standards and style
Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners
Maintain and improve web graphics
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Collaborating with the brand assistant, marketing assistant and the entire marketing division team members, other internal teams, clients and partners on designs, collaterals and strategic layouts.
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
Working closely with sales and marketing department.
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Coordinate with internal team members on the compositions and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
4+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent IT Skills, knowledge of MS Office, especially with design and photo-editing software and online applications (Adobe Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
