Graduate Program
The ERP Cloud Graduate Program will equip graduates with the training and development to help kick start careers within Cloud Application development. This program includes one month technical/functional training coupled with three months on the job training. Graduates will be able to learn Oracle ERP cloud functionality, technical architecture, development framework, product development process, tools and coding standards, test automation development, globalization and localization across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts from provided functional and technical designs
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet goals with high-quality standards
- Interact with product management and developers to clarify requirements and identify and mitigate risks
- Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance
- Participate in defect and issue resolution process
About You
- Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or related study discipline
- Graduated in 2019/2020 with the availability to start in June 2020
- Creative and analytical approach to problem solving and analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous cadence of deliverables
- Proven aptitude for learning new technologies
- Familiarity with concepts of software architecture, data structures and standard programming practices
- Familiarity with concepts of automation development
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to share ideas
- Highly organized, results and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will apply basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards. Design systems for recording and analyzing of product quality levels. Develop product quality control inspection specifications and techniques and interpret these trends.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience.
