Job Title: Go High Level & Quickbooks Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Wage: $5 USD - $10 USD / hr
Schedule: 20-40 hrs/week
VirtueStaff is seeking a tech-savvy Go High Level & Quickbooks Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in both Go High Level CRM and Quickbooks to manage customer relationships, financial transactions, and overall administrative support. This position is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to leverage technology to drive efficiency and contribute to business success.
Responsibilities Manage and optimize client relationships using Go High Level CRM, including organizing contacts and automating workflows Input and maintain financial data in Quickbooks, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and expense tracking Assist with financial reporting and prepare summaries for team review Conduct follow-ups with clients and help resolve any inquiries regarding account statuses Develop marketing strategies and campaigns within the Go High Level platform Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring their needs are met through our services Provide general administrative support, including email management and documentation Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of Go High Level and Quickbooks to effectively apply them in daily operations Proven experience with Go High Level CRM and Quickbooks, preferably in a remote support role Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and accounting practices Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Proficient in using various software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Familiarity with marketing automation and digital marketing strategies is a plus Work From Home Performance Bonus
