GLOBAL TRAVEL & EXPENSE SPECIALIST (MANDARIN SPEAKING)
As a Finance Global Travel & Expense Specialist, you will be at the core of managing all Travel and Expense (T&E) processing activities that are accurate, efficient and compliant with JTI policies and procedures.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will ensure that all Travel and Expense activities related to month end closing are performed and completed in accordance with month end closing timelines.
You will have the opportunity to showcase your process improvement capabilities and work with your manager for potential areas of improvement.
You will be an expert in your function and be a team player to provide support to your team, other process teams within the GBS.
YOU ARE:
A college graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or any related course
Experienced working at a multinational company or GBS for at least 1 year having an accounting-related role
Knowledgeable of professional accounting standards and principles, direct and indirect tax accounting and with a good grasp of enterprise structures
An excellent communicator with fluency in English and Mandarin
A team player who has good data and project management skills
A competent user of Microsoft Office, Concur and SAP
