Job Description: Purpose This very diverse role that will require working various time zone globally with different teams around the world and across the offering lifecycle. Responsible for supporting Global S/4HANA offering development, operations, enablement and partner management leaders.
Working closely with the SAP S/4HANA Offering team and it’s wide and varied group of stakeholders, this person will create and document identified pipeline opportunities for current offerings, establish their market potential, support delivery teams building the offerings and support DXC Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process to roll out subsequent offering releases into the regions.
Accountabilities to be successful in this role
Collate, contribute to, assessment of assigned offering opportunities
Support offering through DXC PLM process
Support, drive and implement process improvements in required reporting mechanisms
Develop organizational relationships with partners, marketing, and operational, sales, solutioning and delivery functions
People & Leadership:
Demonstrate active participation in supporting practice growth globally
Participation in, and implementation of cross skilling initiatives for the practice
Customers:
Sales
Support sales through enablement and operational initiatives including training content, reporting, pipeline monitoring, case study approvals, etc.
Solutions & Markets:
Solution Line Growth
Support offering leaders where necessary through content development, organizational coordination, knowledge management and enablement activities.
Market Development
Demonstrate successful completion of:
At least one external SAP S4 HANA asset or other equivalent SAP asset (white paper, position paper, etc.)
Understanding of S/4HANA external marketing content and the positioning of the project in the marketplace
Support regional teams in identification and development of new offerings specific to region market segments
Partner Management
Demonstrate successful support of:
Partner enablement development and knowledge sharing
Partner pipeline reporting and deal monitoring
Operational Support
Demonstrate successful completion of:
Sales Report Monitoring
Coordinating Marketing Activities
Support enablement opportunities
Knowledge, Experience and Expertise
Strong understanding of sales, solutioning and delivery of end customer facing enterprise applications
Offering development experience
Go-To-Market (GTM) experience
SAP general knowledge
Professional / Tertiary Qualifications
Project management certifications (Agile and/or traditional delivery approaches) - desirable
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process - required
SAP General Knowledge
