Job Description: Purpose This very diverse role will require working at different times with different teams right around the world and right across the offering lifecycle. Responsible for the development of complex/compound offerings from inception to enabling and supporting project delivery teams.
Working closely with the SAP RUN & CBO Offering team and it’s wide and varied group of stakeholders, this person will document identified opportunities to create offerings combining SAP practice IP (Integrated Practice) with IP from other DXC SAP Offering Families, establish their market potential, lead delivery teams building the offerings and take them through the DXC Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process to ultimately role them out into the regions
Accountabilities to be successful in this role
Collate, contribute to, and drive, assessment of assigned offering opportunities
Driving the driving offering through DXC PLM process
Rolling the offering out into the agreed regions
People & Leadership:
Demonstrate active participation in supporting practice growth globally
Participation in, and implementation of cross skilling initiatives for the practice
Customers:
Sales
Provide the value proposition, marketing positioning and roadmap guidance to clients and bid teams alike for offerings
Active involvement in key client presentation preparations related to CBO4SAP offering
Solutions & Markets:
Solution Line Growth
Support the development at least three newly developed offering propositions (with accompanying collateral) for the solution line and/or industry specific
Market Development
Demonstrate successful completion of:
At least one new GTM campaign with the sales team
Demonstrated development and shaping of offering collateral and value proposition via PLM process
Support regional teams in identification and development of new offerings specific to region market segments
Knowledge, Experience and Expertise
SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience required
SAP AMS and Solution Manager skills recommended
Strong understanding of sales, solutioning and delivery of end customer facing enterprise applications
Professional / Tertiary Qualifications
Project management certifications (Agile and/or traditional delivery approaches) - desirable
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process - required
SAP S/4HANA (High-Performance Analytic Appliance)
SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling)
SAP BASIS (Business Application Software Integrated Solution)
SAP MM (Material Management)
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP PP (Production Planning)
SAP RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
SAP SolMan (Solution Manager)
