Job Description: Purpose This diverse role leads the Global SAP HCM Offering’s team to bring the Offering to market globally and drive P&L results in the SAP HCM portfolio.
This role provides the focal point for all SAP HCM activities globally, setting the strategy for how the portfolio should develop and selling that across the business.
Fitting with the integrated practice model of DXC, this is a practice building position that requires strong experience with helping organisations understand the SAP HCM value proposition, working with Sales to drive the Deals Pipeline, and ensuring appropriate Solutions are proposed and delivered successfully by the Pre-Sales and Delivery SAP HCM Teams globally.

Provide the value proposition, marketing positioning and roadmap guidance to clients and bid teams alike
Reviews solution proposals to ensure alignment to client objectives and ensure risks to margin in delivery are mitigated
Ensure teams from pre-sales and delivery are providing the correct output in the Sales process during DXC bids
Active involvement in key client presentations
Successful Project Delivery
Ensure appropriate accountability is in place for overall project delivery success for the DXC business and the customer
Escalation point for key delivery issues which can’t be resolved by the Regional SAP HCM Offering Leader
Ensure appropriate support is in place with solution and delivery teams to identify and mitigate issues and risks
Establishes and maintains strong client relationship

Advising clients on strategy and roadmap in front office solutions
Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales and delivery of customer facing enterprise applications
Practice building experience
SAP HCM portfolio experience required
Professional / Tertiary Qualifications
Project management certifications (Agile and/or traditional delivery approaches) - desirable
SAP HCM Certifications – desirable
