Summary:This Recruiter role will support Business Development Team activities across Europe with responsibility for vacancy management and recruiting operations for specific businesses. This full lifecycle recruiter role will support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding. Working in close partnership with the BD team, the role will also have wide responsibilities in support to operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the Europe.?Job Description:Full lifecycle management of vacancies across a diverse range of industries and organization functions within the region.Managing key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements and desired candidate profilesLeveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the regionIdentifying high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors and networkingConducting first round interviews for all suitable candidates, providing a competency based assessment and candidate recommendationBuilding talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hireManaging recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building eventsUtilizing the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process managementArticulating the global talent brand and candidate value proposition to the region and subsequent promotion to the appropriate talent markets in each countrySupporting the regional recruitment strategy for the Europe by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projectsManaging the candidate experience through efficient process management, supporting interview scheduling where requiredReviewing key metrics and performance measures for the region such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possibleEnsuring global best practices are embedded in the region to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of hiring managers and the regional HR teamSupporting hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisionsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required or any English major related coursePreferably 3-5 years Experienced in recruitment, talent acquisition or head huntingWith BPO experience is advantage.
