SUMMARY OF ROLE
The HR Shared Services Specialist serve as primary support for manager and employee inquiries related to HR offerings, Policies, procedure, system processes, guidance and programs.
The HR Shared Services Specialist-reports to the HR Technology and Shared Services Team Lead.
Role Purpose
Provide first line, Tier 1, HR support for employees, managers and HRBPs / HR Reps. for all workforce administration activities related to the end to end employee life-cycle processes and continuous improvement.
Role Accountabilities
Tier 1 HR Service desk - efficient ServiceNow day-to day ticketing administration for global shared services
HRIS (SuccessFactors) Data management/administration i.e., Employee Central, Recruitment Module, Onboarding Module, Performance & Rewards, Learning etc.
HR Systems navigation support for self-service/T0 offerings
E-filing of employee documents
Ensure knowledge base contents are up to date i.e., DMS, Intranet, AskHR Portal etc.
Support continuous assigned improvement projects
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Performs other duties may be assigned

Knowledge and Experience
Experience in HR Services / Advisory, customer service, terms & conditions administration, HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred), ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)

Skills & Qualifications
Open to fresh graduate
University degree (Bachelor) in Human Resources, IT, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field preferred
Preferred experience working in an HR Shared Services setting, hr information systems and participation in continuous improvement projects
Open to shifting schedule
