**Skills Requirement**

**Essential skills**
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, operations or finance transformation projects
- Relevant consulting or industry experience in sourcing, procurement or finance operations
- Experience with global scale projects related to marketing organizations highly preferred
- Experience in analysing complex data sets and turning data into consumable information through visualization and strong communications
- Comfortable working independently and with ambiguity to develop concepts that evolve, mature and iterate through consultation with colleagues and diverse stakeholders
- Ability to deliver work products of the highest quality and is able to overcome risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Must have experience working with PowerPoint and articulating project insights and summaries for senior leadership in PowerPoint format
- A strong communicator, someone willing to challenge and contribute to the evolution of solutions and support in their realisation Must fluently speak, read and write in English
