German Delivery Analyst

ManilaAs an Employee Survey Delivery Analyst, you will be involved in project in two possible roles:Role 1
A key member of a project team, main analyst working directing with consultant on day to data running of project
Primary client and internal team contact, supporting all stages of the project lifecycle
Role 2
Reporting to main Project Manager as a key member of project team
Coordination with internal team and/or client to ensure client requirements are understood and deliverables managed according to agreed scope, quality and time for assigned phase of survey process (e.g. Reporting Set-up, Translation, etc.)
The Requirements
Can speak fluent in both German and English language
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or significant
work experience in a project management/client service role.
Highly computer literate and keen on learning and using new software applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Methodical and structured approach, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects while working to defined deadlines is essential.
Team player; Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of bigger picture in business
Ability to manage project and client relationship with little oversight
Communicator; displays strong oral, written and presentation skills in English
