About the Company
Open Access Marketing has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

The account is a digital health startup based in Zurich, Switzerland and San Francisco, California. We believe that women deserve a more modern method of tracking their cycles and their health at every phase of life. They deserve accurate, reliable data about
their fertility, about pregnancy, and how their cycle fits into the bigger picture of their health, delivered in a way that’s convenient and non-invasive.

• Efficiently and effectively communicate with users who contact us via our designated support channels
• Accurately identify, analyze, and resolve both technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner
• Escalate more complex problems to appropriate internal resources
• Write and maintain documentation for Ava`s internal and external knowledge bases.
• Learn. Constantly adding new capabilities and improving the way our product works
• Build and maintain our internal systems and procedures
• Improve our products and services by providing insightful feedback
