What you will be doing:
Ability to lead an icon 5-star luxury resort including 609 rooms and suites with balconies showcasing spectacular views of Manila Bay.
Take total responsibility for the successful hotel operations and activities.

Maintain Sofitel brand standards and procedures.

Maximize revenue activities, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel business objectives and budgets.

Represent Accor Hotels in all issues relating to the hotel, maintain productive owner relationship.

Improve market presentation especially MICE business, foreseeing the short/long-term expectations.

Identify, train, and retain top talents.

Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a luxury flagship property, preferably in Asia.
Strong level of expertise to maximize profits in a dynamic F&B / MICE environment.

Creative approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Good understanding of Union issues.

Excellent negotiation, time management, and financial analytical skills.

Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English, local language is a plus.

Excellent leadership style.
