About the Role: This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of your assigned business unit, ensuring profitability, market share growth, and team development.
This role demands a relentless focus on results, and a deep commitment to building a strong and positive team culture.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Lead and manage all aspects of the business unit, including operations, sales, marketing, HR, and finance.
Oversee the development and implementation of budgets and financial plans.
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity, adapting strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management or senior leadership role, preferably within the same industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and growing business units.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Experience managing budgets and financial resources.
Must be highly driven and result-oriented.

Must be dedicated to achieving exceptional results.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
Must be willing to be assigned in either Quezon City or Manila City.
