OB BRIEF DESCRIPTION We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision maker, helping our people develop and be productive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
• Create and execute a clear strategy for Support Group to ensure achievement of company goals in general.
• Provide leadership, management and oversight to all Support Group such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Recruitment, Information Technology, Marketing and Administration to maximize efficiencies of each department.
• Ensuring the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for the Support and Leadership Group.
• Looking to the future of the business and making key investments and recommendations.
• Supporting the development of a healthy internal culture that retains key employees and encourages their professional development.
• Oversee daily operations of the Support and Leadership Group.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
• Coordinate the development of key performance goal for functions and direct reports
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any business related course, MBA is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role,
• Knowledgeable and has strong experience in handling all support group of business
• process and functions (Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Recruitment,
• Information Technology, Marketing and Administration).
• Experience dealing with Operations Team and work closely with them to drive company
• productivity and quality output.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent people management.
