General Manager

Job Description:
Overall company management – strategy and brand marketing, finances, human resources, IT, operations and logistics, franchising management. Leads the management team to achieve the company’s objectives Drive healthy fiscal management and control of the annual, quarterly and monthly plans and implementation Develop relationships with clients for new business opportunities Report to HQ and support functional line managers to implement policies, standards and performance evaluations in all aspects such as production, academic quality assurance, IT management and expansion projects. Ensures that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes of best business practices Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills Self-motivated, analytical, results-focused and proactive in work approach High level of professionalism and effective communication skills Possesses the right attitude and has passion towards this industry Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and G Suite Knowledge in intermediate Excel functions and formulas Heavy college org involvements are a plus
