**ABOUT THE CLIENT**:
A beef cattle trading business with three commodities: grass, livestock, and money.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience with Phoenix Accounting Software or any similar accounting software.
- Proficient in Data Migration
- Proficient in Data Management
- Experience in Cash Flow Analysis via Excel
- Experience in a mixed role, conducting bookkeeping and other administrative duties.
- Proficient in formatting word documents, pages, and PDF documents such as placing logos, adding margin, etc.
**TASKS**:

- Matching Invoices to Buyer Summary - Daily
- Enter Livestock Purchase into Phoenix Livestock - Daily
- Cash Flow Management - Daily
- General Invoices - Daily
- Calculation of Cost per Head - Daily
- Source Flights and Accommodation for Business Travels - Ad Hoc
- Biosecurity Plan - Ad Hoc
- File Management - Ad Hoc
- Formatting of Business Documents - Ad Hoc
- Documenting Business Systems - Ad Hoc

**HOURS**:
Minimum of 40 hours per month: Php 10,000.00

**SCHEDULE**:
2 hours per day
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30AM - 9:30AM
Part Time

Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: From Php10,000.00 per month
