General Accountant

**Your key responsibilities**

Permits and Licenses
- Handles annual renewal of Business Permit - ANH Premix Plant Handles annual renewal of Import Permit

Accounts Payable
- Performance of 3-way check - Purchase Order, Delivery/ Service Receipt and Invoice Scanning of vendor invoices with Purchase Order and send to FSS for payment processing
- Handles vendor inquiries; coordinates with FSS on invoice already sent but are not being posted
- Handles presentation of importation documents to Citibank as requirement to pay DNPAP trade payables (netting)

Accounts Receivable
- Providing customer details and invoice breakdown for every incoming receipt, on a daily basis
- Assist to resolve past due.
Initiate face to face meeting with customers to address payment issues
- Provide ANH leadership with information regarding overdue invoices on a weekly basis

Tax Compliance
- Extract Monthly Reports from SAP and communicate to third Party tax tax services provider Review the draft of monthly withholding tax & VAT reports for electronic filing

General Accounting
- Review of monthly control accounts including GR/IR and lead in the clearing/ resolution of open items.
- Oversee month-end closing activities, coordinates adjustment or needed task to be performed by Shared service center
- Ensure document filing and safekeeping in compliance with External and Internal audit Assist Finance Manager for continued process improvement and update policies and procedures

**You bring**
- Degree Qualification in Accountancy, CPA will be preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and auditing - Taxation and compliance
- Mandatory SAP software proficiency
- Independent, resourceful with high adaptability in changing work requirements Excellent organisational and communication skills
