Details of the offer

Job Summary:
Monitors and manages the daily departmental activities.
Prepares the financial reports by collecting information; and preparing balance sheet
Maintains accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles account payables and receivables for financial discrepancies
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Records and verifies payment and disbursements transactions.
Complies with local government, financial legal requirements and new legislation in coordination with the consultants and advises the management on necessary actions.
Handles the monthly, quarterly and annual tax requirements and tax returns.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends and submitting them to the management.

Job Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant
With at least 1 year work experience is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, financial report and procedures
Experience in working with legal entities and on taxes regulations and compliance
Keen to detail and good analytical skills
Willing to have Saturday duties
Newly board passers are welcome to apply
