Essential Responsibilities
Workforce Planning
- Partner and sustain relationships with various business stakeholders to understand growth strategies in key locations that will aid in understanding and planning for hiring demand.
- Transform hiring demand into a workforce plan that will enable Talent Acquisition to allocate resources in the right location, cost and time to support demand.
- Establish workforce standards using historical data that will be relevant to capacity planning activities.
- Working with the Global Delivery Leader & Region TA Leads to review capacity planning needs against resourcing & budgets
- Partners with the HR Analytics team to build a sustainable Workforce planning tool/process, capturing hiring needs and identifying TA capacity planning needs
- Work with TA leaders & finance to support the monthly operational budget tracking rigour, creating visibility on global costs, whilst also calculating the efficiency of each regions solution to ensure we continue to drive productivity savings
-Demonstrates knowledge and thought leadership for strategic workforce planning. Further develops enterprise workforce strategy planning tools, and processes delivering a consistent methodology for the business
Reporting and Analytics
- Provide strategic direction and build infrastructure in transforming from transactional reporting to advanced reporting/ predictive capabilities
- Lead experiments with TA teams to test algorithms and understand impact.
- Monitor KPI performance, enhance & further automate reporting capabilities, ensuring consistent on time delivery to the Talent Acquisition organization and its stakeholders.
- Drive and further improve the business value of reporting and analytics being delivered through:
• Regular consultations and accepting feedbacks from key stakeholders.
• Data-driven discussions around improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness, root cause analysis and problem solving
• Participate in or lead projects realizing productivity savings
- Influence TA Leadership and key stakeholders by translating data sets into graphical visualizations to tell a compelling story
- Partner with the HR Analytics team and HR leaders on designing data research, defining hypotheses, data collection and running multiple different statistical models.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate relevant information from large amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key recruitment processes & tools, &, influence how we allocate global budgets
- Work with TA & Finance on budget allocation changes based on hiring variability
- Support the monthly & quarterly financial reconciliations of budget preparation against actuals
- Effectively use reporting tools and dashboards to provide ad hoc support to TA/HR/Finance

GEHC Talent Acquisition team have an exciting opportunity where you can leverage your analytical skills and serve as the subject matter expert in TA Analytics. In this role you will provide new approaches and best practices in the field of analytics & Workforce Planning that will help in business decision making at GEHC.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or in another highly quantitative field, or proven experience in HR Analytics or related field(s)
-Analytical Mindset: Demonstrating critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Passionate about turning theoretical ideas into workable solutions
- Hands-on experience in data science, predictive modelling and analysis in Talent Acquisition or other HR functions
- Eye for detail, confidence to challenge and ask questions
- Translates & simplifies analysis into a compelling story; Effectively communicates concepts and insights & manages through changing landscapes
- Able to partner & quickly build relationships across TA, HR & business leaders to integrate concepts, progress strategies and influence direction
Desired Characteristics
- Experience and working knowledge of the Kenexa Brassring & Workday HRIS
- Can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability, as well as a self-starter who can work independently
- Desire to work in a highly-collaborative team setting, with a passion & enthusiasm for data
- Strong track record in data, analytics and strategic workforce planning
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & complex Excel modelling
- Working knowledge in any of the following business intelligence systems (Business Objects, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Experience in global deployment of strategic initiatives (system, process, reports)
- Lean practitioner
- Comfort with Ambiguity & changes in direction. Can decide and act without having the total picture
