The role offers you opportunities to work as part of the Global Planning Operations team
(GPO, a virtual team) in Global Finance, supporting the team members executing GPO
owned/co-owned Finance processes such as Financial Plan, Forecast, and Markets
Leadership Plan, primarily from the technology solution perspective. The role
will require minimum 5 year experience in accounting / finance function with strong
IT skills.
Key responsibilities:
Support the GPO
team members (primarily Business Process Administrators) enabling Planning
& Forecasting processes such as:
System performance/functional test and data validation
Execution of user acceptance testing
Setting up and
maintaining user access
Monitoring system processes and escalate incidents to stakeholders
Providing
end user support for functional issues and questions
Assist and
facilitate end user training as needed
Requirements
Skills and attributes for success
Minimum 5 year experience in related areas of
accounting / finance function, with preferred knowledge of business planning
process in a large organization.
Strong IT skills:
Extensive
knowledge of MS Excel including expertise with advanced functions and pivot
tables.
Experience with
Oracle Hyperion Planning will be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of EY
Financial reporting ad-hoc and My Business will be an advantage.
Strong team player and comfortable working
collaboratively and independently.

Fluent in English and ability to communicate
effectively with non-native English speakers.
