Job summary:SAP Manager in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various SAP Implementation projects for our customers across the globe.Key responsibilities:
Need to work as a manager in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively.
Interact and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the higher management.
Oversee and drive change management and be a custodian of continuous improvement regarding program and project delivery.
To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders involved within the various related SAP projects.
To work closely with Project Managers, supporting with tasks as required and ensuring successful delivery.
To be responsible for providing technical direction and control of project personnel and for providing a framework for project planning and communications activity
To organize and lead a cross-functional team/technical team in developing and implementing project deliverables.
To performs overall team management, including regular evaluations, budget and risk management and support sales and business development activities.
To qualify, candidates must have:
A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Business and Accountancy, Engineering and Information Technology or at least 12+ years related experience.Mandatory skills:Experience should have at least 12+ years in end-to-end implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements in most of the below areas – Finance, Logistics, ABAP, Technical etc. in SAP R3/S4HANA environment.
Should have Excellent communication skills and ability to participate in solution and proposal presentations.
Good understanding of SAP S4HANA Ecosystem and its related products and technologies.
Strong understanding and experience on project management and agile methodology (e.g. Scrum/SAP Activate Methodology). PMP certification is a plus.
Strong business acumen on industry needs and ability to interact with multiple teams for a successful project delivery in a consulting environment.
Ability to manage teams and drive team’s engagement.
