QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3-year university college/university education in Industrial Psychology, HRIS Administration/IT any related field
Minimum 3 years of experience with IT systems at administrator level, in HRIS ERP systems
Has knowledge and experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools
Structured, detailed oriented, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines
Ability to take initiative, sound judgement/problem solving and analytical skills within the scope
Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Result oriented mindset, has innovative and process improvement mindset and skills
Proficient in English communication, written and spoken
DUTIES/TASKS
Daily administration and maintenance of Learning Management System - Cornerstone
o Access administration
o Basic data set up and updates
o Support Helpdesk Manila in escalated cases
o Escalate cases to Cornerstone support and follow up on these
o Perform quality assurance on master data
o Update master data in accordance with IFS
o Test and assess quarterly updates in Cornerstone
o Test and assess any deliveries in case of hot fixes of extra ordinary deliveries
Stay updated on all modules available in Cornerstone
Acquire knowledge about all modules available in Cornerstone and assess the need for these in collaboration with your leader
Participate in sessions set up by Cornerstone
Stay updated on all system updates quarterly
Collaborate with e-Learning team in Manila to quality check and improve work methods
Work in accordance with action plans
Create guidelines for Helpdesk in Manila and ensure they are always updated on support issues in Cornerstone
Assist in developing and maintaining training programs
Support implementation of any new modules in Cornerstone
Advisory in terms of system knowledge
Basic data set up
Access management
Testing
Configuration
General system preparations
Update, monitor necessary training certification, movement, report and completion in IFS database.
Facilitate administration, extract personnel reports, data report, queries and other information from IFS database.
Provide end-user support for use of HR IFS database functionality, such as travel and expense registration, facilitation, administration in IFS
Facilitate IFS Systems administration such as but not limited to:
Support in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to IFS Systems
Create, launch, build and administrate Questback surveys, when neededBe flexible to support HR Processes and Systems team in Norway with any system related task in Cornerstone or IFS HR module
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
