Job Description:
Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting on the machines. Ensure that the opening and locking of machine doors and base doors after servicing is done properly Assist Operations who encounter complex problems and malfunctions while working on the floor Maintain all aspects of superior services for all the machines Prepare accurate report and record of all tasks performed and parts used for repair, alterations and modifications Identify, shut down and remove all unavailable machines in the area; move and relocate machines when required Maintain the store and working area in a neat and tidy condition

Minimum Qualifications:
Basic electricity, computer, and technical concepts Proper usage of instruments associated with machine troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance Familiar with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, computer game boards, video machine, etc. Can read electronic diagrams and repair electronics parts Good analytical and planning skills Good communication and customer service skills Good problem-solving skills
