As part of our Oracle Fusion Financials support team, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations across the Asia Pacific region.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and love solving complex problems, this is the place for you.Where you come in:You act as the first and second line of functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials, focusing on the Order to Cash process.You work closely with the IT Helpdesk and Operations Center to respond to application incidents and ensure timely resolution.You support process owners and end-users by resolving production incidents and problem tickets.You collaborate with Application and Integration Analysts to diagnose and resolve cross-platform issues.You partner with Business Analysts to provide functional support during business requirement definition and functional design.You configure Oracle Fusion modules from CRP/PoC through to unit testing.You represent Fusion functional areas in IT/business meetings and workshops, ensuring alignment with business needs.You liaise with Oracle on active Service Requests and contribute to continuous improvement by incorporating industry best practices.What makes you successful:You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.You bring strong expertise in the Order to Cash process within Oracle Fusion.You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.You are confident working independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Your ability to collaborate across multiple business areas ensures effective problem-solving and solution delivery.Your experience in an ITIL environment and familiarity with ServiceNow enhances your ability to manage incidents efficiently.You've worked with Salesforce or Oracle Service Cloud.Your background in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.A full and comprehensive benefits program.Growth opportunities on a global scale.Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.Travel Required:0-10%Experience and Education Requirements:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience#LI-HybridTo all Staffing and Recruiting Agencies: Our Careers Site is only for individuals seeking a job at Dexcom.
