Fund Senior Accountant

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a outsourcing solutions company for the role of Fund Senior Accountant. The job is based in Taguig, the Philippines.
The Fund Senior Accountant will be responsible for statutory and management reporting, as well as tax compliance across the company’s Property Funds.
Job responsibilities:
Manage monthly balance sheets
Prepare month-end journals
Prepare tax calculations
Perform timely and accurate record keeping of the general ledger system
Assist in preparations of monthly management accounts
Monitor figures in fund cash flow and forecast models
Monitor fund expense budgets
Monitor treasury summaries including calculation of interest accruals and prepayments
Support the monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting processes
Liaise with multiple stakeholders across business units

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy or any business-related course
Certified Public Accountant (CA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Fund Accountant is required for this role
Strong background in Real Estate Property or Fund Management would be an advantage
Experience in a multinational company would also be a plus
Working knowledge in OneSource Accounts Production
Strong English skills
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City for early morning shifts
