**Subject Matter Expertise**
- Final review and approval of manuscripts for various media such as video, non-video content, assessments prior to production
- Final approval of produced video and non-video outputs prior to quality assurance.
- Create, and/or review and/or approve curriculum maps based on agreed-upon guidelines and specifications
**Production Management and Quality Assurance**
- Provides coaching, training, and feedback support for freelance team members to improve the quality of team outputs.
- Proactively suggests improvements in processes related to production
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must be college graduate preferably relative to Education
- Should have at least 3 years relative experience in creating learning content
- Able to manage the productivity of the freelance team members
- Agile and flexible in handling changes in the operation
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to report in Taguig after pandemic
