.NET developer Associate Managers in this role get to:
Ensure accuracy: The Associate manager must be able to contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design / architectural decisions, issues and plans to technology leadership.
Lead the team: We are looking for a Senior .NET developer that wants to build, lead, and manage a senior team that will build & maintain solutions in .NET Platform. Manage and lead a diverse, team of 7-10 .NET developers in developing & maintaining applications in .NET Platform. Must create a create a mindset and culture within the team that embraces identifying, owning, and solving issues, driving quality, improving performance, and improving the customer experience.
Problem solving: Candidates for this role must possess excellent responsive problem solving skills taking into consideration current DevOps practices and the complete technology stack that comprises the platform. In addition to excellent coding, scripting, and problem solving capabilities - this candidate will be required to operate with excellent customer service and communication skills, and become a highly collaborative partner with existing delivery, architecture, operation, and leadership teams.
Control risks: Estimate engineering work effort for engineering team and effectively identify and prioritize the high impact tasks. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Collaborate and influence proactive system monitoring practices and strategies to help identify issues before any customer impact, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Design overall architecture of the mobile, web and desktop applications.
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate with the rest of the digitization team (including developers, project managers, information architects, UX & UI designers) to design, launch and maintain projects.
Maintain code integrity and organization.
Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
Experience in following programming languages:
Front/Backend Development: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
Object Oriented Programming: Java, Python, Visual Basic .Net, C++
Databases & data connectors: MySQL, PostgreSQL and APIs.
Proficient experience using advanced script libraries and frameworks:
NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, ECMAScript 6
Knowledgeable in any of the following RPA technologies will be advantageous:
UI Path, Automation Anywhere or BluePrismQualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Proven 8-10+ years of progressive .NET development experience
Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET (MVC) using C# and Entity Framework
Excellent knowledge of jQuery and Angular JS
Strong experience with Object Oriented Programming/Design principles including abstraction, inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation, Design patterns as well as their implementation in real world applications
Experience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including version, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software (ex. TFS, JIRA etc.,)
Work experience in building and deploying applications to be hosted in cloud(AWS/Azure)
Experience in Application and Database application performance tuning
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
Project Management certification like PMP or SCRUM Master
