DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines servicing healthcare companies throughout America. We are looking for Energetic and Highly Fluent English speaking Nurses, Physical Therapists, or Occupational Therapists to serve new and existing US Healthcare clinics as a Referral Coordinator during the business hours of our respective clients. The Referral Coordinator is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Referral Coordinator may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu CityHours and Work from:
Eight (8) hour night shifts (during USA clinic’s hours), with one (1) hour lunch, working from home (WFH).Holidays:
All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work.Compensation
Monthly: 16,250 PHP or higher
Basic Salary: 11,000 PHP to 15,000 PHP (based on BPO Healthcare experience)
Allowances: 5,250 PHP for rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more
Attendance: 2,000 PHPResponsibilities:
Submit Referral Authorizations to Health Plans via portals, faxes, and phones
Forward approvals to Specialists
Review inbound referral authorizations and eligibility
Follow up to receive specialist consult visit notes
Will take inbound and outbound calls
The job responsibilities are aligned with the Virtual Administrative Medical Assistant roleRequirements:
20 mbps home internet connection or higher.
No health concerns that prohibit you working full eight (8) hours shifts at night.
Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy.
Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills.
25 wpm or faster.
Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets).Benefits:
