Wonders Corporation is looking for a front-end web developer to join our growing engineering team in our Manila office. While having strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a must, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience building interactive web pages and be able to develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts. We are a small and growing agile team and you will play a key role with a lot of responsibilities, so we need folks who are strong independent thinkers, self-motivated, and highly communicative.

What you will bring
We're looking for developers with strong engineering foundations with the following criteria:? A passion for working in small agile teams (Scrum)
? A love for finding creative and thoughtful solutions to a variety of technical and product challenges? A desire to write scalable, efficient, maintainable code
? Experience building robust functionality for commercial websites and applications? Exceptional problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling diverse development challenges
? Self-learner, independent, and have outstanding problem-solving skills? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Must be able to work with eastern time hours
What you have
To be considered seriously, you will have:
? Able to work on night shift (starts within 9PM - 11PM Manila Time)? 5+ years of web development experience
? Advanced experience on the latest development updates, trends a must? Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
? Experience in working with either Angular or React as must? Experience in working with industry standard Javascript libraries like JQuery
? Responsive design experience with Bootstrap or Foundation? Advanced understanding of AJAX techniques, REST and JSON
? Web page optimization skills? Advanced debugging skills using various debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Web Development Tool
? Experience working with Git distributed source code? Desire to keep up with the latest web technologies
Bonus points/Nice to have :
? UI/UX skills (A portfolio to showcase of your work a plus)
? SASS or LESS knowledge
? Familiar with Node.js? Mobile app development with React Native
? Unix skills? Experience working with test frameworks like Selenium, Karma, Protractor, and/or Jasmine
