Receives and entertains walk-in customers
- Answer customer inquiries
- Assists in making quotations and costings for products
- Assists in making worksheets (has basic knowledge of AutoCAD)
- Ensure compliance with all company and business policies
- Reports to General Manager any concerns
**Requirements**:
- Graduate of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or any related courses
- Has at least 1-year experience as a Receptionist/ Front Office Staff
- Knowledgeable on AutoCAD or at least has basic knowledge.
- Can work with less supervision and can work under pressure
- Flexible, detail-oriented and has good analytical skills
- Good oral and written communications and documentation
