Customer Service
1.
Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives all telephone calls, connects/relays them to person/section concerned.
2.
Entertains inquiries with utmost courtesy and tact and directs them to the right party.Accounting
3.
Handles POS, handles money and cashiering.
4.
Issues receipts to guest and members in the Club.
Compliance Company Policy
5.
Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
6.
Notifies superiors within 15 minutes of daily start time, regarding staff absences/delays; updates and informs same of other related information.
7.
Maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organization/cooperative's policies, regulations and procedures.
Maintenance
8.
Sees to it that the telephone equipment is functioning properly and reports immediately any malfunction for proper repair and maintenance.
Clerical
9.
As needed, assists with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, and maintenance of service logs and data entry.
10.
Receives/signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients
11.
Handles reservations.
12.
Handles endorsements from other departments.
Other Task
13.
Handle change fund during events
.14.
Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
