We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team in our Manila office. While having strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a must, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience building interactive web pages and be able to develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts. We are a small and growing agile team and you will play a key role with a lot of responsibilities, so we need folks who are strong independent thinkers, self-motivated, and highly communicative.

What you will bring
We're looking for developers with strong engineering foundations with the following criteria:
? A passion for working in small agile teams (Scrum)

? Experience building robust functionality for commercial websites and applications
? Exceptional problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling diverse development challenges

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Must be able to work with eastern time hours
What you have
To be considered seriously, you will have:
Able to work on night shift (starts within 9PM - 11PM Manila Time)
5+ years of web development experience
2+ years of experience using React
A solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript or ECMAScript)
A solid knowledge of React (Stateful and Stateless Component, etc.)
A profound knowledge of handy tools and technologies (Redux, ESLint, Jest, and Enzyme)
The ability to keep code elegant and clear (Airbnb JS Style Guide or Google JS Style Guide, etc.)
Strong in HTML and CSS
Advanced understanding of AJAX techniques like Fetch API, Axios, REST and JSON
Optimization skills like Code splitting and Lazy loading approach
Advanced debugging skills using various debugging tools such as React / Redux DevTools
Experience working with Git distributed source code
Desire to keep up with the latest web technologies
Bonus points/Nice to have:
? UI/UX skills (A portfolio to showcase of your work a plus)
? SASS or LESS knowledge
? Familiar with Node.js
? Mobile app development with React Native
? Unix skills
? Experience working with test frameworks like Selenium, Karma, Protractor, and/or Jasmine
